On Wednesday, 19 August, Ústí nad Orlicí will host the Rieter Athletics Meeting 2026. This year’s edition will feature the strongest field in the history of the meeting.

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 8th annual Athletics Meeting Rieter, taking place on August 19 from 4:00 p.m. in Ústí nad Orlicí.
On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the Athletics Meeting Rieter will return to Ústí nad Orlicí as a part of the World Athletics Continental Tour in the Challenger category.
Jakub Dudycha, the Czech national team athlete from Vysoké Mýto, broke the Czech record in the rarely-run 600 meters.
The program promises top-tier performances, featuring athletes from nine countries – in addition to the Czech national team, competitors from Jamaica, Algeria, Kenya, Burundi, Poland, Hungary, Nigeria, Ukraine, and Slovakia will also take part.
